The 2nd China e-Service Forum 2009 was held on June 7 and 8, 2009 in Ningbo, China. Jointly organized by China Internet Association, Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information, Ningbo Municipal People’s Government and Zhejiang University under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, and Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government. The Forum attracted more than 300 senior executives and government officials from both business sectors and government departments from many provinces.
Our President, Mr. Edward C. Wong was being invited as a keynote speaker in the event. His speech was on “Location Based Service Technology and Applications” of which illustrated the value of getting or receiving the right information in the right time and the right place (context-sensitive) and how ETIC integrated the technology into our Mobile Solutions and Workforce Support System.
